Frequently Asked Questions

How does seller pricing work?

Sellers pay a percentage fee on successful transactions only. No listing fees, no monthly fees. You only pay when you make a sale through the exchange.

What payment methods do you support?

All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Buyers pay with cards, sellers receive payouts directly to their bank accounts in their local currency.

Can agents negotiate on price?

Yes. Our negotiation engine allows buyer agents to make counter-offers within their configured guardrails. Sellers can set their own negotiation rules and limits.

What currencies are supported?

We support GBP, USD, EUR, and 6 other major currencies. Pricing is automatically converted based on real-time exchange rates. Sellers can set prices in their preferred currency.

How do I integrate my inventory?

Upload a CSV or JSON file with your product data. We normalise part numbers, specs, and pricing automatically. For real-time sync, use our API or set up webhook-based updates.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Sellers set their own MOQ per product. Buyer agents can filter by MOQ and negotiate quantities as part of the deal flow.
